SuccessHacker’s Top 25 Customer Success Influencers 2022

When it comes to receiving awards or being nominated for a list, SuccessHackers annual Customer Success Influencer list has to be the longest-standing award that is a nomination by the customer success community and for the community. Last year I made it on to the EMEA watchlist, but I am very proud to announce that I have made it to SuccessHackers Top 25 Customer Success Influencer 2022 list. I am honored and humbled to serve the wider customer success community.

I was actually in the middle of my weekly evening Pilates class in London when this was announced and the first people that messaged me (DickeyRemcoKristi) I actually thought they were all joking with me. I joined the live stream after they had announced the top 100 and I’m sorry I missed Dave Blake announcing my name. I was speechless but when Remco shared a screenshot I actually screamed a little (in the middle of the gym) and kept smiling from ear to ear for the rest of my workout.

Thank you for listening to the podcast, engaging with my posts, and coming to the in-person CSM LDN events. I will continue to give back and share with this exceptional community because YOU inspire me and I work each day to pay it forward. I have started this blog and website as a continued way to share my customer success insights and best practices with the world as a way to continue to pay it forward.
