I'm Anika Zubair

I’m a Top 25 Customer Success Leader, globally recognized influencer, and podcast host. 

With 13 years in Customer Success leadership, I’ve built and scaled high-performing teams at hyper-growth SaaS companies. But I still remember stepping into my first leadership role—I was excited, but completely unprepared for the challenges ahead. Especially when it came to owning a revenue target as a non-sales leader.

I worked tirelessly, juggling priorities and struggling to implement the strategies I’d read about. Strategy felt like a luxury, and while I wanted to build a high-performing team, I wasn’t sure how to empower them to deliver real results. Progress felt slow, and imposter syndrome crept in.

Fast forward over a decade, and I can proudly say I’ve built scalable teams, exceeded revenue targets, and developed a confident, strategic approach to leadership. But I’ll be the first to admit—it took time and a lot of learning to get here.

Why I Do It

Driving revenue as a Customer Success Pro wasn’t something I thought about early in my career. Like many CS pros, I focused on building relationships and solving customer problems—but no one taught me how to tie my work to revenue or confidently own a number. 

When I finally figured it out, everything changed. I saw how Customer Success could drive real business impact, secure its seat at the table, and deliver incredible results for both customers and the company. But I also realized that so many CS pros were still stuck where I had been—unsure how to align their work with revenue goals and struggling to demonstrate their value.

That’s why I’ve made it my mission to help CS professionals unlock their potential, build confidence, and become the revenue-generating experts I know they can be. Because when CS thrives, everyone wins—customers, teams, and businesses.
