Starting the new year off with a new honor. I was recently named a Top 10 Customer Success Influencer to Follow in 2023 by Matik. Every time I am added on to one of these lists I am truly shocked and honored. I continue to share my customer success knowledge and insights to ensure that we (as a customer success community) continue to drive the conversation forward regarding how customer success is positioned within a company.

Aside from being named a Customer Success Influencer to Follow in 2023 I am a customer success leader that wants to share my journey, learnings, and tactics of how to build a customer success career, team, and organization. As we start 2023, a customer success leader really has to revamp how they are thinking about the future. Many organizations are trimming budgets, slowing down with hiring and focusing on customer retention. Now is the time for customer success to shine the brightest. Customer Success leaders in 2023 need to be prepared to do more with less and the leaders listed in this list share their thought leadership on how to do exactly that.
